Refunds & Returns
We here at Pharmaoil want you to be satisfied with the products that you purchase. This is why we ask that you check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied that you notify us at Pharmaoil within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.
Please note that because our products are 100% natural, individual batches may vary slightly in texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.
To claim a refund or exchange, please contact Pharmaoil at email@example.com or 1300 727 715 before returning any products. If returning because you’ve changed your mind, Pharmaoil will only accept products in their original condition and packaging.
After returns are received in full, Pharmaoil will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are faulty.
